It has been so difficult not seeing my regular couples and families over the last few months. COVID-19 has really flipped a lot of life upside down for a lot of people. “Reschedule” is the most popular word these days! It was such a bummer every time we had to move Shakira & Nevada’s family session date. What was supposed to be one year photos for baby Calix turned into one year and 3 or 4 month photos. It was wonderful spending the afternoon with Shakira & Nevada’s new family of 3 at Balboa Park. Normally filled with thousands of locals and tourists, we were able to stroll the Balboa boulevard peacefully. The San Diego hot spot was as quiet as a mouse. Even though life is uncertain and crazy, family makes the world go round. If we all do our part to keep each other safe, we will come out on the other side happy, healthy, and united. Thank you Shakira & Nevada for reminding us how important it is to be with the ones you love!
