Have you ever had friends that you haven’t seen for a long time and then when you finally do see them, it is like no time has passed? That’s how it is for us and Crystal & Mario. It has been a few years since I’ve been able to work with them. Not since their 2015 wedding in fact. I was excited to learn they welcomed a daughter, Catalina, a few years ago and wanted to capture family photos. We met up at Balboa Park for a fun afternoon in one of San Diego’s most historical sites. Catalina’s favorite game was “peek-a-boo camera” to get her to smile. It lit us up from head to toe when we later heard from Crystal that Catalina was still playing “peek-a-boo Paul” with her toy camera. We might have a future photographer on our hands, folks!
