Capturing proposals is one of our favorite types of sessions. Every part of it is so exciting. Getting the call from the groom or bride to be, planning the surprise with them, and capturing the moment of YES! It is amazing to be part of a couples love story. It’s even more amazing to capture that moment that will change their life forever. To be part of the next step in your relationship is one we hold in the highest regard. When I heard from Braden, he was excited to plan a trip with his girlfriend Colleen to escape the harsh winter rain in Seattle. What Colleen didn’t know is that Braden had something else up his sleeve. He was planning on proposing! After spending the morning exploring Balboa Park in sunny San Diego, Braden and Colleen took a stroll near the famous lily pond to a quaint  foyer where I was waiting to capture the big YES! Afterwards, we spent some time capturing some portraits around the park. Thank you Braden & Colleen for allowing me to share such a beautiful moment with you!
