We met Kelsey and her mom at a bridal show in San Diego and we immediately hit it off! When we learned more about her and Andrew’s wedding plans, we fell even more in love with the opportunity to film and photograph their wedding. Kelsey and Andrew described their wedding style as a “backyard wedding, just not in their backyard”. They wanted a laid back, fun and non-traditional wedding with lots of natural surroundings. Temecula Creek Cottages was the perfect choice! The day was filled with tons of laughter, dancing, and love all around. Sticking true to their non-traditional wedding plans, Kelsey & Andrew walked one another, hand-in-hand down the aisle, following their wedding party. We loved all the personal touches they added to the ceremony including the whiskey ceremony and ring blessing ceremony where they handed their rings to every person in attendance for them to hold and give their well wishes to the happy couple. After the moment of “I Do”, Kelsey & Andrew were showered with colorful rose pedals and were ready to party!

Kelsey & Andrew included tons of details to their big day including a completely decked out dessert table, fun signs, and lots of lawn games for cocktail hour. They purchased flowers from Fifty Flowers and created all of their own flower arrangements & Kelsey’s flower crown! They also shared the day with Kelsey’s nephew, River. It was his birthday, so they decided to throw a mini celebration during their reception to sing Happy Birthday with a special cake for River. Following their dinner, catered by URBN Pizza, and their toasts there was dancing – LOTS OF DANCING! One of the most important photos to Kelsey was actually making sure we captured Andrew dancing! Kelsey & Andrew’s wedding was nothing short of spectacular and we are so thrilled we got to capture it!
